Founder & Lead Pastor
Darrel Douds is the founding pastor of Impact Christian Center of Fort Worth, a ministry that began in 2015 in the living room of his home alongside his family. What started as a small gathering has grown out of a deep passion to see lives transformed through the power of the Gospel. Darrel holds an associate’s degree in biblical theology from CCIBC and is known for his practical, straightforward teaching of God’s Word. His heart is to equip believers and see the Church strengthened and transformed by the life-changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His greatest desire is to see individuals and families experience the same freedom and purpose he found in Christ.
Crystal Douds
Co-Founder & Pastor
Crystal is a woman whose life is devoted to being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She has poured herself wholeheartedly into her family and her calling, walking alongside her husband in ministry with steadfast grace and unwavering commitment.
For years, Crystal has been an essential pillar in the ministry's daily operations, working behind the scenes to ensure that God's work moves forward with excellence and care.
One of Crystal's greatest gifts to the body of Christ is her voice, both in song and in spirit. She has led worship for many years, ushering congregations into the presence of God with authenticity and anointing.

Austin & Katelynn Garcia
Youth Pastors
Austin and Katelynn Garcia are passionate servants of God who have been instrumental in building and shaping Impact Christian Center since its founding in 2015. Both graduates of CCIBC with an Associate's Degree in Biblical Theology, they bring a strong foundation of faith and a heart for the local church.
Together, they serve in multifaceted ways across the ministry, from investing in the next generation through youth ministry to leading the congregation in worship. Their dedication to the body of Christ is matched only by their commitment to their family, as they joyfully raise their two daughters.

Worship Director
Lake Douds is a devoted minister and skilled musician whose heart for worship has been a cornerstone of Impact Christian Center since its founding in 2015. As the Director of Worship, Lake leads the congregation in weekly worship while lending his gifts across many areas of ministry.
Lake and his wife, Adele, are no strangers to the local church. While Lake leads the church in worship, Adele pours into the next generation through her involvement in the Children's Ministry.
Together, they are raising their two daughters and building a home rooted in faith, service, and a love for the local church.
