Founding pastors
Darrel Douds
Founder & Executive Pastor
Darrel planted Impact in 2015 in his living room, alongside his family. Known for practical, straightforward teaching, his heart is to equip believers and see lives transformed by the Gospel. He's a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who wants every person to find the same freedom he found in Christ.
Crystal Douds
Co-Founder, Children's Director & Worship Director
Crystal has walked alongside Darrel in ministry since day one. As Children's Director she builds the lessons, plans, and handbook behind Impact Kids, and as Worship Director she has spent years ushering people into God's presence. She's a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
Pastors
Paul & Rhonda Cruz
Hospitality Pastors
Paul and Rhonda bring years of pastoral experience to Impact. As Hospitality Pastors, they care for people across every service and make sure everyone who walks through the doors is welcomed, supported, and cared for.
Austin & Katelynn Garcia
Youth Pastors & Worship Pastors
Austin and Katelynn have helped build Impact since it began in 2015. Both CCIBC graduates, they pastor Impact Youth and lead the church in worship. When they're not on the platform or with the students, they're busy raising their two daughters.
Lake Douds
Facilities Director & Worship Pastor
Lake has been part of Impact's worship since 2015. A skilled musician, he leads the church in worship and takes care of our entire building as Facilities Director. He and his wife, Adele, who serves in Impact Kids, are raising their two daughters.
Chris & Maria Porter
Children's Pastors
Chris and Maria bring years of children's ministry experience to Impact. As Children's Pastors, they shepherd our kids week after week, with their whole family serving right alongside them. They believe investing in kids today is investing in the Kingdom of tomorrow.
Staff
Katelynn Garcia
Director of Operations
Katelynn has helped run Impact since day one in 2015. As Director of Operations, she keeps the whole church moving, from calendars and systems to the website and the details behind every service, so the rest of the team can focus on people.
Emily Sloniger
Director of HR
Emily has been part of Impact since the very first gathering in 2015 and has served in nearly every ministry since. Today she leads HR, from background checks and employee relations to finance coordination, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Marissa Phillips
Creative Director
Marissa brings creativity and strategy to Impact, leading social media, digital content, the website, and branding. She holds a bachelor's in Business Management and Marketing and an MBA, and is pursuing her DBA. She's a wife and a mom to one son, and you won't catch her without something purple.
Steve Vinson
Production Director
Steve leads production at Impact, running the sound, lights, cameras, and livestream behind every service. He works behind the scenes so worship and the Word come through clearly, whether you're in a seat on Sunday or watching online.
Theresa Gunn
Records Manager
Theresa brings years of experience serving on church staff to Impact. As Records Manager, she keeps the church's records organized, accurate, and up to date, the kind of faithful, behind-the-scenes work that helps everything else run with excellence.
